Frequently asked

Will the JPEG lose detail?
JPEG is lossy, so some pixel-level detail is dropped. At quality 90+ this is invisible. For graphics with sharp edges (icons, screenshots), consider keeping PNG.
What about transparency in the PNG?
JPEG doesn't support transparency. Any transparent pixels become white in the output. If you need transparency, stay on PNG.
Can I batch convert?
Yes — pick multiple PNGs and Fileroom converts them in one pass with the same quality setting.
